My philosophy of massage is that you can't give from an empty glass!  If you don't take care of yourself, then you won't be able to take care of all your many responsibilities.  Why do we take better care of the vehicles we drive than the bodies we live in?  Massage is more than relaxation, it is taking care of yourself and those that you love...  I love helping people to feel better and am always amazed at how much relief one hour can bring.  I moved to Texas in May 2005 where I later met and married my husband.  We have one little boy who has loads of never-ending energy and his little sister that loves to try keeping up with her big brother.  When I'm not giving massage, I am probably taking care of or hanging out with my family.
